We will celebrate 72 years of life in 2026, so it's time to celebrate being alive and knowing each other for 54-plus years.  We have all gone on separate paths in our lives, but the fact remains that we were all together in one common place in 1972 and celebrated a momentous occasion together.  

That is worth celebrating!!!!!   Let's celebrate in beautiful Colorado Springs where our hosts and organizers will be Joe Beavers and Bobby King.  

The weekend we have chosen is just before the snow flies, September 18, 19, 20, 2026.  Tentative plans: 

     Friday, September 18, 2026 - Dinner at a Mexican Restaurant around Colorado Springs

     Saturday, September 19, 2026 - Buffet dinner,  music and dancing at The Barn, Colorado Springs 

     Sunday, September 20, 2026 - Breakfast, Colorado Springs

Joe is researching hotels, DJ's, caterers, and restaurants for us.  We will have more on those later. Any suggestions are welcomed, especially those of you that live in the area.  

Airport options are Denver International Airport (1 hours and 20 minutes from The Springs) and Colorado Springs Airport.  Airlines flying into Colorado Springs Airport are:  Allegiant, American, Delta, Southwest, and United.  

Please RSVP, even if it is tentative, of your interest in coming by May 1, 2025.  We need a rough headcount to get prices on everything and to find restaurants that would accommodate us for dinner on Friday and breakfast on Sunday.  No pressure at this time, if you change your mind.  There are fourteen of you that live in Colorado, so I hope there will be at least fourteen that say they can make it:)

It's only a celebration if we do it together!  Come and make it a vacation and see Pike's Peak, Royal Gorge, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Zip lining, Mueller State Park, Manitou Springs, Air Force Academy, Cave of the Winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
